Refund policy

If The Reset wasn't worth it to you, you can have your money back. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email hello@butiabooks.com within 30 days of your purchase. Send it from the address you bought with, or include your order number, so we can find the order.

What happens next

We refund the full amount, usually within two business days of your email. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, and the refund goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

What you don't have to do

You don't have to return or delete anything. It's a PDF, and asking for it back would be theater.

After 30 days

We don't offer refunds after 30 days. If something went wrong with your download or your file, write to us at any time and we'll fix it.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
